VisionTech provides cloud infrastructure, digital marketing tools, and software marketplace services through our platforms including VaultV, XTheme, and ClickAd.AI.
3. Account Registration
To use certain services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Engage in unauthorized access or hacking
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with the operation of our services
5. Payment Terms & No Refund Policy
For paid services:
- Fees are as stated at the time of purchase and billed in advance.
- Payments are processed securely through authorized providers (Stripe, Telr, etc.).
- No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products (software, cloud resources, ad credits), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a service has been provisioned or a digital product has been accessed.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to our services remain the property of VisionTech or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of UAE.
